SECOND HAND UNIFORM CAN BE OBTAINED- PLEASE ASK IN THE SCHOOL OFFICE ABOUT THIS OR LOOK OUT FOR OUR SECOND HAND UNIFORM SALES.
Children need to have a warm coat with them during the cold weather, as they spend a lot of time outside and can get very cold, very quickly. They will also need wellies in school and trainers for our daily runs. Please do not give your children hoodies or non school jumpers to wear in school.
Children with shoulder length hair or longer (girls and boys), must come to school with their hair tied back, this can be in either a ponytail or bunches.
PE kit must be kept in school ALL week Monday-Friday, so that it is readily available for their lessons.
Please ensure that every item of your child’s uniform and PE kit is named. We try very hard to return ‘lost property’, but this becomes impossible if items are un-named. For your assistance we have information on suppliers of iron-on or sew-in labels. Please ask at the office for more information. PE kit should include- trainers or plimsoles, black/blue shorts and jogging bottoms. Coloured house colour t-shirt and spare socks. This needs to be in a separate PE kit bag.
Children must not wear and jewellery in school (stud earrings are allowed) and stud earrings must be removed for PE. Please don’t get ears pierced in term time as they will not be able to do PE lessons unless these can be removed following health and safety guidelines.
