The First Federation Trust, a Multi Academy Trust of 16 primary schools across Devon is seeking to recruit an experienced administrator to join our friendly team of clerks.The position is permanent from January 2021, and is required to support two of our hub boards, Central and South.

This is a part-time position, working annualised hours of 80 hours per hub board, mostly during term time.  We would prefer to have one person supporting both boards, and therefore working 160 hours per annum. The role is normally a mix of home and school based working and includes some evening work.  Due to Covid-19, our hub clerks are currently working from home and the hub board meetings are held virtually via Zoom.  Hub board meetings normally take place at our head office at Blackpool CE Primary School (on the edge of Newton Abbot) or occasionally at one of our schools by prior arrangement.

We are looking for a pro-active, organised individual to:
- Liaise with the Company Secretary and Clerk to the Board of Trustees to ensure good governance practice
- To collate and circulate the documents ahead of hub board meetings
- To attend hub board meetings to take notes and write them into minutes, get them approved and circulated to the hub board
- to provide administrative support to the hub board

The position is fixed term until end of the summer term 2021, linked to SEN. The position is required to support the teaching and learning of two children with SEN in Year 1 and Year 6 on a Monday all day, Tuesday all day and Friday morning.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and highly motivated individual to work alongside the class teacher across all areas of the curriculum, to:
- Deliver targeted interventions;
- Promote inclusion through the development of social skills, language and emotional well-being;
- Liaise with other professionals both within and outside the school;
